  1. 4 egg yolks rub with 2 tbsp. l. sugar and 1 hour. L. salt. Pour 3 cups of milk, Stir in 4 cups sifted flour. The ingredients mix well, add 2 cups of milk and 4 beaten egg whites. Before baking, preheat the pan well, lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil or lard, pinned it on a fork. Pour the dough as little as possible, evenly distributing it to the pan.
  2. Beat 2 eggs until foaming, pour 1 cup boiling water and keep whisking. Add 1 cup of yogurt. Separately, mix 1 cup of sifted flour and baking soda (on the tip of a knife), and gradually pour in the liquid, stirring constantly. Add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and a little oil. The dough is ready.
  3. Mix 0, 5 liters of yogurt, a couple of eggs, 2 cups of flour, salt and sugar. Pour a glass of boiling water, add to half a teaspoon of baking soda and pour in the batter. Leave for 5 minutes. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Choux pastry is ready for pancakes.
  4. This recipe is - one of the most simple and cheap: 0, 5 liters of milk or water 1 egg whisk, add salt and sugar in its sole discretion, pour the flour and stir until the desired consistency.

Recipes cheese toppings for pancakes

  1. 250 g of cottage cheese rub with two egg yolks, add 2 tbsp. l. sugar, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sour cream. Stir, wait until the salt and sugar dissolve.
  2. Grind 250 g of cottage cheese and mix with 2 tbsp. l. sour cream. Raisins (to your taste), soak in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. A quarter of a lemon mince with the skin, add to it 2-4 Art. l. sugar. Mix cottage cheese, raisins and lemon. The filling is ready.
  3. 250 g of cottage cheese mixed with 3 tbsp. L sugar. Crush 1-2 small banana and add to the cottage cheese. There also 2 tbsp. l. sour cream. Stir all ingredients until smooth.
  4. 250 g of cottage cheese to rub through a sieve, add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and condensed milk. On the finished pancake put a bit of fruit jam, then a mixture of cottage cheese, wrap envelope.
  5. 250 g of cottage cheese, whisk blender. 1 Cut the peppers and 3 pickles, finely chop the herbs and a little garlic. All the ingredients mix well and add salt to taste and pepper.
  6. Mix 250 grams of cottage cheese with 2 tbsp. l. caviar, herbs, salt, nutmeg and 1 tbsp. l butter. The filling is ready.

The recipe-based filling of cottage cheese - a matter of taste and fancy, so if you want you can come up with many more toppings for pancakes, which later will be your crown. Wrap pancakes can also be a number of ways:
