Food for diet: allowed and forbidden

Authorized products:

- various soups;
- allowed to use fish dishes (boiled fish, roast, dumplings, meatballs, souffles, etc.);

- dairy;
- butter, vegetable refined oil (Table 5 suggests their use in its natural form or as a filling for a wide variety of dishes);
- cereals (Table 5 particularly welcomes buckwheat and oat cereals, rice with carrots, pudding, pasta);
- eggs (yolk diet allows for one day, protein omelets, scrambled eggs);
- vegetables in a different form;
- snacks (salads, diet permits the use of dietary sausages, seafood, herring soaked, low-fat cheese);
- fruit, sweets (Table 5 contains a mandatory compotes, jellies, jelly, honey, non-chocolate candy, teas from the hips, fruit and fresh baked);
- beverages (tea, coffee, milk, vegetable and fruit juices);
- sauces and spices. The diet allows the use of fennel, parsley, cinnamon, vanilla, sour cream, vegetable, dairy sauces.
The diet prohibits the consumption of fried pies, meat, fish, mushroom broth, canned foods, fatty meats, beans, fried eggs, eggs, sausages, ice cream, chocolate. Diet №5 preclude the use of lard, radishes, sorrel, fatty dairy products, sour grapes.

- Snack: a glass of tea with lemon, biscuits;
- Dinner: boiled pasta, cheese, butter, mineral water;
- at night, one cup of yogurt.
Tuesday
- First breakfast: salad (apples, carrots), meat patties steam, milk sauce, coffee with milk;
- lunch: one fresh apple;
- Lunch: Potato soup, braised cabbage, a piece of boiled fish, berry jelly;
- lunch: broth hips, cookies;
- dinner: buckwheat Krupenik, mineral water;
- at night, one cup of yogurt.
Environment

- lunch: apples and plums;
- Dinner: rice porridge milk, butter, a slice of cheese and tea;
- at night, one cup of yogurt.
Fri
- First breakfast: a cup of yogurt
- Lunch: vegetarian soup, lapshevik, a piece of boiled meat and sour cream, berry jelly;
- Snack: a glass of tea, biscuits;
- Dinner: mashed potatoes, a piece of boiled fish, vegetable salad, mineral water;
- at night, one cup of yogurt.
Sat
- First breakfast: meat steam cutlets, buckwheat porridge, a cup of tea with lemon;
- lunch: carrot puree, apple jam;
- Lunch: milk soup with pasta, pudding, cottage cheese with sour cream, a glass compote of dried fruits;
- Afternoon snack: fruit jelly;
- Dinner: Milk semolina (you can add dried plums), mineral water;
- at night, one cup of yogurt.
Sunday
- First breakfast: boiled potatoes, a piece of herring, a glass of tea with lemon;
- lunch: one baked apple;
- Lunch: vegetarian soup, pasta with milk sauce, paired meat patties, glass compote;
- lunch: broth hips, biscuits;
- Dinner: cheese pancakes, sour cream, omelet protein, mineral water;
- at night, one cup of yogurt.

Recipes that are easy to prepare

Potato soup diet
Ingredients:
