Lecho cooked at home
You will need:
- 2 kg of tomatoes.
- 1.5 kg of pepper (colored).
- Half a cup of refined sunflower oil.
- 1.5 spoons (tablespoons) of vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon (dining room) salt.
- Half a cup of sugar.
This recipe is for 4 half-liter jars. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. In the skins of tomatoes to make an incision in the form of a cross. It is necessary to cut the skin only, as far as possible without touching the flesh.

- 1 cup of sugar.
- 1 liter of water.
- 1 cup of refined sunflower oil.
The recipe with zucchini lecho has its own characteristics. Courgettes cleaned, peeled, then cut into small cubes. For this dish, use only young sousnye zucchini. You will need:
- 7 eggplant.
- 7 peppers.
- 1.5 liters of tomato juice.
- 1 cup of refined sunflower oil.
