Lecho refers to Hungarian cuisine. However, it had to taste so housewives from different countries, which was one of the major winter foods.

Recipe Lecho with carrots
Ingredients:
- Carrots - 0, 5 kg;
- Tomatoes - 2, 5 kg;
- Onions - 0, 5 kg;
- Sweet pepper - 1 kg;
- Sugar - 0, 5 st .;
- Vegetable oil - 0, 5 st .;
- Salt - 1, 5, Art. l.
Cooking method:
Tomatoes are a good wash. Stalk, and beaten or damaged places cut. Then tomatoes cut into large pieces and twist in a meat grinder. The resulting mass was poured into a pan with a capacity of about 5 liters and heated to boiling. Cook 20 minutes on very low heat. While the tomato mass of boils, prepare carrots. It should be clean, wash and grate. After all the preparations, grated carrots put in a pot with tomatoes and cook another 20 minutes.
Onions clean, wash and cut into cubes of medium size. Add it to the pan with the vegetables and boil for 20 minutes after boiling. Recipe lecho and rice
Ingredients:
- Carrots - 0, 5 kg;
- Tomatoes - 3 kg;
- Sweet pepper - 1 kg;
- Figure - 2 tbsp .;
- Onions - 1 kg;
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp .;
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons. L .;
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp. L .;
- Sol - 6 hours. L.
Cooking method:
All the vegetables are thoroughly washed and coarsely chopped. Carrot best grate. After that, all prepared vegetables folded into a large saucepan and boil for 15-20 minutes. In a separate pan boil until half cooked rice and add it to the vegetables. The whole mass is quenched to simmer for a further 20 minutes. Then add sugar, salt and vinegar. Mass thoroughly stirred and maintained at heat for 5 minutes, after which the hot expanded in sterilized jars. Banks roll, cool and store in a cool place. Tomatoes in this recipe can be replaced by tomato paste. On one part of the paste takes 3 parts tomato.

Lecho "Home"
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 0, 5 kg;
- Pepper - 0, 5 kg;
- Carrots - 2 pcs .;
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons. L .;
- Onions - 1 pc .;
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. L .;
- Bay leaf - 1 pc .;
- Black pepper peas - 3-4 pcs .;
- Salt - 1 hour. L.
Cooking method:
From this amount of ingredients is obtained two half-liter jar finished product. To make it, you must first prepare the vegetables. Bulgarian pepper thoroughly washed, cut off the stalk, remove seeds and cut into medium-sized pieces. Tomatoes are washed and cut into small cubes. Raw carrots are cleaned, washed and cut into thin strips. Onions cleaned, washed and cut into thin rings.
In a frying pan pour vegetable oil, heat it up and put the onion and carrot. Fry on low heat for 7-10 minutes. After that put the peppers and tomatoes. Stew for 10 minutes and add salt, bay leaf, pepper and sugar. Mix thoroughly and continue to simmer another 10 minutes, cover the pan lid. If lecho is thickish, you can add a few waters. Paul liter jars are sterilized, spread them in the finished snack, roll covers and storing them in a cool place. If the workpiece is kept at room temperature, after cooking jars snack be sterilized only 15 minutes and then rolled up.

Lecho with eggplants and carrots
Ingredients:
- Eggplant - 4 kg;
- Onions - 7-10 medium heads;
- Sweet pepper - 1 kg;
- Tomatoes - 2 kg;
- Carrots - 1 kg;
- Garlic - 10 cloves;
- Sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- Vinegar - 1 item .;
- Vegetable oil - 0, 5 liters;
- Salt - 4 tbsp. L .;
- Bay leaf.
Cooking method:
With eggplant cut the stalk, wash and cut into large cubes. Sweet pepper and onion cut into half rings, carrots rubbed on a grater. Garlic crushed. Tomatoes twist in a meat grinder. All the ingredients are spread in a large enamel pot. Bring to the boil and stew over medium heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Over time, shift the finished product into sterilized jars and roll. Store the jar as you can in a cool place or in a closet at room temperature.
