Recipe fried shrimp with morels and curry

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of fresh mushrooms (morels desirable)
  • 10 Art. l. butter (at room temperature),
  • ½ st. l. red curry paste,
  • 24 pcs. raw prawns,
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. l. fresh parsley (chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Finely chop the morels. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add red curry paste and morels. Cook 1 minute. Increase the heat and simmer the mixture until almost all the liquid has evaporated (about 3 minutes). Put the resulting mushroom mixture into a small bowl and let cool completely. Add the remaining 6 tablespoons. l. Smorchkova oil mixture. Slightly prisolit and pepper.
  2. Using scissors, make a cut along the back of the shrimp and carefully, moving from head to tail, remove one by one chitin plates. You should also remove the intestinal vein and head.

Recipe prawns with avocado sauce

Creamy texture of ripe avocado creates the perfect icing for coconut rum marinated prawns. Follow the advice of this delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns (peeled).

For the marinade:

  • ½ st. coconut rum,
  • 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. l. coconut milk,
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey
  • 1 tbsp. l. chili sauce,
  • salt and pepper to taste.

For the cream of avocado:

  • 1 ripe avocado,
  • 3 tbsp. l. coconut milk,
  • 1/8 Art. powdered sugar,
  • ¼ Art. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l. fresh lime juice,
  • ½ st. toasted coconut (for garnish).

Cooking method:

  1. Mix well all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour the marinade in a shallow dish and add the shrimp. Make sure that each of them covered with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator and let them pomarinovatsya 30 minutes.
  2. Place the avocado and other ingredients for the cream in a food processor and blend until smooth. Let sit.
